That's why I'm thrilled to share with you my all-time favorite knitting-related items that have truly stood the test of time. Emma's Yarn
Emma's Yarn started with Emma, a homeschooled student who discovered her love for dyeing yarn while learning ratios in math. She sold small batches in her parents' yarn shop before moving production to a downtown dye studio. With her sister, Aspen, they turned Emma's Yarn into a wholesale company that offers high-quality, hand-dyed yarn to Local Yarn Shops in Florida.
Four Purls Yarn Shop
Four Purls Yarn Shop, named after the owners' four children, is a spacious 2800 square feet shop offering a vast collection of high-quality yarns, patterns, books, needles, and notions. Whether you're a novice or an expert, you'll find everything you need in our relaxed and fun environment.
Love + Leche
Love and Leche, a family-owned business, produces all-natural lotion bars hand-poured with the same ingredients as when the company was owned by Daven. Laura Dobratz, the current owner, runs the company alongside her daughters who also hand-dye yarn. Love + Leche's mission is to create a product that benefits both the customer and the environment.
Beautiful Systers
Handmade bags designed and sewn by two systers in Chicago. Their shop combines one sister's love of sewing and the others love of all things knitting. They decided to make project bags to connect them to the community that they love so much.
